Basic Troubleshooting
Zoom works great, when it's working. Sometimes, especially if you introduce new hardware you might run into some issues. Typically headsets and webcams are considered "plug & play" requiring very little interaction from you to be detected by your computer. This is especially the case if the webcam is built-in to your computer.
Note for RDP users - Remote Desktop does not pass through audio. If you're joining a Zoom meeting, do not remote into another machine and join from the computer. Instead, no need to RDP. Just run Zoom from the computer that you have in front of you.
